Our Valerian Root Tincture is crafted for those who prefer a traditional, potent preparation. We use a high-proof grain alcohol (Everclear) extraction method to ensure the maximum pull of Valerian’s active volatile oils and valerenic acids. This results in a concentrated, undiluted “mother tincture” that preserves the raw strength and distinct aromatic profile of the root.

Designed as a powerful nighttime ally, this tincture is intended to support deep relaxation and help the body ease into a natural sleep cycle.

Suggested Use
Dosage: One half-dropper (approx. 0.5 mL).
Application: Mix into a small amount of water or tea. Due to the high alcohol content and the pungent nature of Valerian, we do not recommend taking this “straight” under the tongue.

Timing: Best taken 30–45 minutes before bedtime.
